Job Wanted

March 5, 2013 By Chase Clemons 3 Comments

job search guy Finding a job is always tough. For many of the places I’ve worked, I happened to see the right job post or know the right person at the right time. But when it comes to great customer support jobs at a company you really want to work for, it’s almost impossible to find without searching dozens of sites.

Let’s put together a resource to help others to find great jobs like ours.

Where do you send people looking for jobs in customer support? Friends at other companies? Job boards?

[UPDATE]: The new jobs page just went live. Read more about it here.

I usually keep an eye on a company’s Twitter feed if it’s a company I want to work for. They’ll post something on their blog or such whenever they have an open spot.

I found a previous job I had on the Mashable job board too. http://jobs.mashable.com/

Love this! I’m actually on the hunt for a remote support job right now. I’m Manager of Support for a company that I like to call “start-up in size but corporate in culture”. Combine that with my addiction to the 5by5 podcast, Quit and I am ready for something better.

    Thanks for putting this together!

I found my current job through your team’s job board (http://jobs.37signals.com/). I’ve had a few friends find jobs in support through http://www.indeed.com/ too.

Like Carolina said, this is something definitely needed!
