It’s the start of a new year and I’m excited.
Excited to be part of the growing community around customer support.
Excited to see more resources and help for our support teams being created.
Excited to watch the status quo of the current support reality crumble as we challenge it.
Every year, I see tons of people proclaim excitement over the coming new year. And they should. It’s a new year full of promise, change, and yes… excitement. It’s our chance to make the world even better than it was in the previous year.
2012 was great but here’s to an even better 2013!

I’m excited about trying a few different things with our customers this year. We’ve grown a bit so there’s free time to work on side projects. The team’s already working on some online classes – not webinars 🙂 – and that’s just the starting point.
